The gated community of 300, 1 and 2 story townhomes which are located less than a 5 minutes to the beach offer a variety of family friendly floor plans. Beyond shopping heading across US Highway 1, east on Marcinski Road you'll be in awe of the panoramic crystal ocean waters, Juno Beach Pier and the option of exploring sea life at Loggerhead Marine Life Center.

VILLAS OF OCEAN DUNES townhouses were built in the mid 1980's and were developed by 2 seperate builders and offer 2 distinct options. The first being a garage / carriage style townhome. The second building deleted the garage and included a fireplace in the living area. There are 300 homes in the community, comprised of 1 and 2 story row homes. Monthly maintenance fees include common ground maintenance, security, amenities, building insurance and lawn care. 

Minutes north on US Highway 1 lead into the hub of Jupiter, with Harbourside shops, restaurants and the Wyndam Hotel at the northern base of the Indiantown Road intracoastal bridge. Heading east on Indiantown Road at the Harbourside intersection is the Jupiter Mall with Cinepolis movie theater, Chili's restaurant, Bealls clothing store, Staples office supply and a variety of other shops and restaurants.

As Indiantown Road comes to a "T" in the road, heading south will lead to Carlin Park, the heart trail on the right and the beach on the left. Further south you will find miles of free ample parking and unpatrolled beaches. Heading north, you'll be able to access Dubois Park, Jupiter Inlet, Jupiter Dunes par 3 Golf Course, Guanabana's waterside restaurant, Schooners seafood, Square Grouper bar and grill with live entertainment and views of the docks and inlet. Jetty's and U-Tiki restaurants overlook the waterway and Jupiter Lighthouse which offer spectacular lit views at night with fishing boats and yachts bobbing in the foreground.
