Wood bed frames will be popular in 2020. There are lots variations for wooden bed designs and really its up to everyone's own preference. Like most of the other bedroom furniture items that I have mentioned, there are lots of benefits to having a wooden bed including:

- Easier to clean than fabric
Handleless Drawers
A trend for late 2020 is handless drawers. I am seeing more and more homes with handless drawers towards the end of 2019. Looks like this trend is going to continue throughout 2020. According to SlidingRobes Direct, handleless bedroom furniture is going to be popular in 2020 and indeed 2021 too!
There are many benefits to having handless side cabinets and drawers. Some of the advantages include:
- Clean design
- No handles to break
- No handles to get caught on clothing.
Firstly the clean design is very modern and contemporary. Without handles, furniture look slick and can easily be matched with other items in any room.
Without handles, there one less thing to have damaged or to have break off your furniture.
Thirdly, I cannot explain the hurt when my favourite jacket gets caught on a handle. It happens when the pocket gets caught on a handle. Then you hear the rip :( This is one of the reasons I do not like handles in my furniture.
Grand Sofas
I am seeing more and more of the grand style sofas in home interior shops. I love this type of sofa and I am glad that they are making a reappearance again after many years of the comtemporary design dominating.

Be sure that you properly measure the space where the sofa is going in order to ensure your new sofa fits. If it doesnt then you are in trouble as most sofa stores will not accept returns, especially for made to order items.

Sliding wardrobe are also going to be trending in 2020. Indeed, there are a lot of advantages to having sliding wardrobes.
