This year has brought lots of excitement and success at Savina! From our grand opening to closing more than 200 homes and reaching over 70% sold — we really couldn’t be happier with what this amazing year has brought us. As we get closer and closer to kicking off 2020, we’d like to share this year-end recap and touch on some of the great successes that we were grateful to experience.
We celebrated our grand opening in June, and started welcoming owners into their elegant homes throughout the summer. Along with the building opening came an overwhelming amount of sales success. Savina is more than 70% sold with more than 200 homes closed this year.
We were proud to achieve a variety of digital milestones as well. Our online community continues to grow, with @SavinaByBosa reaching more than 1,000 fans on Instagram and our Facebook page communicating with more than 10,000 fans. We’re ecstatic that the building has been so well received by the public, which has led to a multitude of our stylish, luxury homes being sold.
As we look forward to 2020, we’re also excited to welcome our three new retailers launching next year — Stride, YogaSix and Row House. These will all be on the ground floor for the convenience of our residents and little Italy neighbors.
2019 brought us tremendous success so we’re excited to see what the future holds for us and we look forward to welcoming many more people into the extravagant lifestyle of Savina by Bosa.
