Yacht Club at Portofino is located in the popular South Beach neighborhood SOFI (South of Fifth) in Miami Beach. It’s a bay front property known for being right on the bay with incredible city and bay views. Units feature views of Fisher Island, Brickell, The Port of Miami and on the east side South Beach and the ocean. The Yacht Club is located on 90 Alton Road and was built in 1999. Downstairs on the west side of the building is the famous Miami Beach Marina home to some of the largest megayachts and sail boats in the city.
The Yacht Club at Portofino building offers a luxury experience but not a super high-end luxury price. Due to the fact that it is a little older building, it doesn’t get all of the glitz and glamour high press like some of it’s neighbors. With that said it is still one of our favorite buildings because the location is amazing and it’s a solid Miami Beach building year in and year out. It is also a dog-friendly building (with of course, some restrictions). The building has 24-hour security, valet service, concierge, gated garage parking, pool, gym and tennis.
