The neighborhood offers 20-mile views of the Guadalupe River and Cibolo Creek valleys, with lots ranging from the $300,000’s to over $1 million.

The Springs of Cordillera Ranch, one of the community’s newest gated enclaves, continues to thrive. The neighborhood features estate-sized home sites from 3/4 to three-plus acres from $100,000. Vast Hill Country views, ample Live Oak trees, the spring-fed Panther Creek and over three miles of trails are all coveted features.
