Cordillera Ranch Congratulates Preferred Builders for Recent Awards

(BOERNE, Texas) – Cordillera Ranch – the Hill Country’s premier luxury and golf community – applauds its Preferred Builders, Garner Homes, Stadler Homes and Todd Glowka Builder, Inc., for recently receiving prestigious awards and honors from esteemed home builder organizations.

Garner Homes was recognized by Home Builder Digest as the second-best custom home builder in the Alamo City area. Based in Boerne, Garner has been building in Cordillera Ranch since 2009 and recently won awards at the 2018 San Antonio Parade of Homes. Home Builder Digest also listed Stadler Homes as the ninth-best custom home builder in San Antonio. The media outlet noted that the Bulverde-based company, “goes above and beyond industry standards to craft unique homes for its clients.”

Considered one of the leading authorities in custom homes, Home Builders Digest examined all the existing custom home builders in San Antonio in compiling the rankings. The home builders were evaluated based on their building experience, portfolios and awards from building organizations on the local and national levels.

Todd Glowka Builder, Inc., received the prestigious Best in American Living Gold Award for Best Interior Design (Outdoor Room) for his design work at 116 Sendero Ridge. A panel of judges from the National Association of Home Builders presented Glowka and his team with the award a month ago at the International Builder’s Show in Las Vegas.

The Best in American Living Awards honors builders who show a commitment to improving their craft and places value on professionalism and design excellence in the industry.
