DALLAS, TX (May 31, 2019) – Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is pleased to announce that three experience real estate professionals have affiliated with the company’s Global Luxury office in Dallas. Ed Murchison, Dale Mills and Scott Hogg were all previously affiliated with Virginia Cook Realtors.


Murchison brings over more than 20 years of sales, marketing and project management experience. A design and architect enthusiast, he specializes in mid-century modern homes as well as luxury properties. He is an active member of Preservation Dallas and has received the Historic House Specialist Designation. Murchison also holds the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), NAR Green and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designations.


A fourth generation Texan, Mills began his real estate career in 1994 and actively works the Dallas, metroplex and North Texas markets. He specialized in residential sales and first-time homebuyers.


Hogg brings over 20 years of real estate industry experience and local market knowledge. He specializes in residential, investment and commercial properties. Hogg’s extensive background in marketing, sales, landscaping and property management have contributed to his success. He was named Rookie of the Year during his first year in real estate.
