NAPLES, Fla. – Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida is proud to announce that The Grant Group, a sales team affiliated with the company’s office in Naples, has earned a prestigious spot on the 2021 REAL Trends ‘The Thousand’ list as published in The Wall Street Journal. This ranking place The Grant Group within “the top one-tenth of 1% of more than 1.4 million licensed Realtors® nationwide,” per REAL Trends.

REAL Trends ranked The Grant Group No. 36 on the list of the top large real estate teams in the U.S. based on achieving nearly $203 million in closed sales volume in 2020.

The Grant Group is led by Doug Grant, who has over 30 years of real estate experience in Southwest Florida. The team specializes in luxury waterfront, beach and golf community properties throughout Naples, Bonita Springs, and Fort Myers.

In just the first five months of 2021, The Grant Group has already surpassed more than $150 million in sales volume. The team consistently ranks among Coldwell Banker Realty’s Top 100 in Florida and has been recognized with the International Society of Excellence award.

The REAL Trends ‘The Thousand’ ranking consists of all real estate agents and teams throughout the United States who took part in residential real estate transactions in 2020. The individual rankings are divided into two top 250 categories, based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. To qualify, an individual agent had to close at least 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume in 2020. For real estate teams, the minimum was 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume. Teams are ranked by closed transaction sides and closed sales volume, divided by the sizes small, medium, large and mega.
