The Terraces at Royal Palm, a new luxury townhome community in Fort Myers, recently hosted a grand opening and ribbon-cutting event for the opening of its sales center.
Mayor Kevin Anderson, Ward 6 councilmember Darla Bonk, Ward 5 councilmember Fred Burson, Ward 3 councilmember Terolyn Watson, and Fort Myers Police Dept Sargent Glenn Eppler were all on hand for the event. From the project’s development team for Alessio Development, Sawyer Smith, Wilbur Smith Attorneys at Law, and Michael Alessio were in attendance. In total, some 300-400 people attended the grand opening.
Located in the heart of Fort Myers, Fla. on the site of the Royal Palm Square Shopping Center, The Terraces at Royal Palm is the first phase of the proposed master-planned, multi-phase mixed use community. It will include 40 luxury townhomes with four stories, including rooftop living space. Inspired by metropolitan architecture, the homes are unlike anything currently available in greater Fort Myers. The project is being marketed by Coldwell Banker Realty’s Damon Vetere and The Vetere Team.
