Coldwell Banker Realty in Atlanta held a successful grand opening and ribbon-cutting event in October for its new Global Luxury office at 3221 Peachtree Road, Suite 105B, in the Buckhead Pavilion. Mayor Andre Dickens attended the event and took part in the official ribbon-cutting festivities.

The office is Coldwell Banker’s first Global Luxury office in greater Atlanta.

“As our Atlanta agent team continues to grow—now exceeding 1,400 agents—and our agents are increasingly working with luxury buyers and sellers, it made sense to expand with a global luxury office,” stated Coldwell Banker Realty Regional President, Southeast, Duff Rubin, who was also in Atlanta for the official opening.

Nearly 100 people took part in the celebration. Debra Bradley, who is the managing broker for the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury office, noted, “This celebration marks a significant milestone for Coldwell Banker Realty and we are honored that Mayor Dickens was able to participate in the grand opening.

The 250 agents based out of this office are proud to be an affiliate of a global luxury office to serve the intown Atlanta and Buckhead markets.”

This Coldwell Banker Realty office has had the three highest priced sales in the North Buckhead area (30327 zip code) in recent years. Coldwell Banker Global Luxury averages more than $200 million per day in luxury real estate sales in the United States alone.

Many of the award-winning Coldwell Banker sales associates who are based out of this location have lived and worked in Buckhead for years. They understand the market, the people, the schools and the lifestyle. Additionally, these real estate professionals offer expertise to buyers and sellers on everything from a trendy condominium to a mansion in one of Atlanta's oldest and most prestigious neighborhoods.
