Real estate visionary Phil Gutman of Gutman Development Marketing (GDM) is pleased to announce that longtime, high-producing South Florida luxury real estate agent Christopher Jude has joined the Miami-based real estate consultancy. The firm caters to developers of the area’s prime developments, including notable high-end condominiums, condo-hotel properties and residential communities.
The announcement of Jude joining the team comes after the recent announcement that Gutman will spearhead the in-house sales initiative for Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management’s Ocean House Residences in Surfside, Florida. Gutman made news earlier this year when he helped facilitate the acquisition of this oceanfront property for a record-breaking price of $64 million.
Jude joins Gutman Development Marketing from Fortune International Realty, where he served as the in-house sales executive for 57 Ocean, a luxury waterfront condominium development in Miami Beach, for three years. He also previously worked with Douglas Elliman Real Estate in Miami, as well as The Corcoran Group in Palm Beach, Florida. Jude has been responsible for over 65 deals at 57 Ocean. In April 2024, he represented the buyer of Penthouse II at 57 Ocean for $25 million. This is the highest recorded price per foot for the building.

Gutman also led sales and secured the land for La Baia South, an 8-story boutique building featuring 68 residences located at 9201 E. Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. La Baia South and La Baia North are part of La Baia Bay Harbor, a development spanning two sites a few blocks away from each other.
