This strategic move recognizes Mackenzie’s exceptional contributions in the Tampa Bay and Central Florida regions and her demonstrated leadership within the marketing organization.
Since joining the leadership team in 2021 as Tampa Bay Regional Marketing Manager, McGuire has consistently exceeded expectations, elevating efficiencies, driving impactful marketing initiatives, and fostering strong relationships within the region. In her new role, McGuire will be pivotal in streamlining and enhancing marketing processes, communications, and protocols across the organization.
In her expanded position, McGuire will collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the firm’s accounting and operations personnel to achieve key 2025 goals. She will also be a crucial liaison between the home office marketing department and the company's six other regional marketing directors.
