Rob Flaherty is a native of Massachusetts and currently resides in Palm Beach Gardens. He is an expert in vacation resort real estate, specializing in branded residential and fractional ownership models. With a focus on sales, strategic planning, and marketing operations, he excels in channel marketing, agency management, and optimizing the sales process. Rob is also dedicated to training, coaching, and development, ensuring his teams are equipped with the skills to succeed in dynamic real estate markets such as Palm Beach. Flaherty previously worked as the Vice President, Sales and Marketing and Senior Director of Sales Operations for Marriott Vacations Worldwide. He also served as Regional Marketing Director, East and Caribbean for The Ritz-Carlton Club and Residences and has consulted on residential development projects such as The Residences at Montage Cay, Cornerstone Club, and Pendry Residences, Barbados.
Melanie Barre is a native of Chicago, previously a resident of France for 16 years, lives in Juno Beach. She has an European eye for fine art and architecture.
