Formerly Regional Marketing Director for the Charlotte and Lake Norman regions, Jessica has consistently exemplified marketing excellence and leadership throughout her tenure with the company. Her position is a recognition of her remarkable contributions and a strategic step forward in advancing the brand’s presence across North Carolina.
In this elevated capacity, Jessica will guide regional marketing initiatives with a focus on strategic planning, agent support, and brand alignment. She will provide ongoing training and consultation to teams across the state while maintaining a regular in-office presence throughout North Carolina, ensuring a cohesive and responsive approach tailored to the needs of each local market. Jessica will also assume oversight of the Advisor Marketing Specialist (AMS) program.
