Here are the top 10 neighborhoods in Jupiter and Palm Beach Gardens as polled by agents in my office as well as friends and associates in the area.
1. ABACOA MARTINIQUE, NEWHAVEN & MALLORY CREEK
The concept of Abacoa prevented us from choosing one specific community. So we took the top 3 Abacoa neighborhoods and bundled into our #1 pick. The thing we love about Abacoa neighborhoods is that they are interconnected. Seemlessly flowing bike and pedestrian paths make it hard at times to tell when one neighborhood ends and another begins. Martinique, Newhaven and Mallory Creek have a similar feel to them. Marinique and Newhaven are more established than Mallory, but were all constructed by Divosta Homes. Each neighborhood offers ample lots and generous foliage for single family homes, with a mix of townhouses throughout the community clubhouses and pool areas.
The Shores of Jupiter, established in the early 1980's is in a convenient location east of I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, just north of Indiantown Road off Central Blvd.the Shores is zoned for top rated Jupiter schools, and homes are situated on larger lots, many of which back up to preserves or waterfront, The Shores is hard to pass by with it's reasonably priced spacious homes. 3. EVERGRENE
Evergrene is a planned community concept focused around a natural setting of a 37 acre lake and 90+ acres of Audubon Society preserves. Evergrene is gated and guests must enter through the guard gates on the north and south sides of the communities. Residents have an optional western gate bypass on Military Trail. You will be wowwed by the Evergrene Clubhouse is situated on the north side of Lake Evergrene and houses a fitness center, weight room, child care facility, ball room, library and on-site management center. Outside of the Clubhouse you'll be be delighted with the Olympic size pool overlooking hot tubs, beach volley ball, kids splash park and full service Tiki Bar with food and beverages. Activities include pickle-ball, tennis, basketball, bocce ball, putting green and billiards. Larger estate style homes, mid size homes and condos are intermingled throughout the community and offer potential residents a variety of homes to choose from.

4. THE BLUFFS
Welcome to the beach! The Bluffs is a prime offering of single family Divosta built homes and townhouses, mixed with an ocean view condo tower and condo buildings to the west overlooking the marina and intracoastal waterways. With the Bluff's main thoroughfare - Marcinski Road, beach access is a breeze. From the furthest point in The Bluffs, its still less than a 5 minute excursion by car. Eastern locations allow quick access on foot. The Bluffs shopping plaza on S US Hwy 1 offers residents the convenience of food shopping at Publix, a frozen yogurt shop, fine and casual dining and a variety of other stores. There's a dog park adjacent to the intracoastal and community pools and playgrounds.

5. THE HAMPTONS
The Hamptons is a centrally located Divosta built community in Jupiter. Zoned for top rated Jupiter schools. The Hamptons is a well manicured community with low HOA fees. The "cookie cutter" homes don't offer much variance in floor plans, but make up for it in quality and value. Wide shaded streets and walkways are welcoming to guests and residents of this perfectly located neighborhood. The Hamptons close proximity to Abacoa and the zoning for Jupiter High School make this a must see for buyers who are looking for a more affordable alternative in a great community.

6. PASEOS
Paseos is located east of The Hamptons and built by Kolter Homes in the mid 2000's. The main street connects Toney Penna and Central Blvd from the north to south with Mediterranean homes grace the streets with lakes, green areas, play grounds, tennis courts and cobblestone bridges. Speed humps keep traffic at bay and noise levels low. Close proximity to beaches, shopping and nightlife put Paseos on the top 10 communities. If you're looking for something a little different, Paseos might be the one to put on your list of must see communities.

7. SONOMA ISLES
Sonoma Isles is one of Divosta's newest offerings in Jupiter. Located just west of the Florida Turnpike on the north side of Indiantown Road, Sonoma Isles master plan includes a spectacular clubhouse, lake view and preserve lots in a convenient location. Prices start in the $600's and soar to over $1 million for new construction. Scarcity of build-able land in the Jupiter area has put a premium value on Sonoma Isles. But when we factor in all this community has to offer, it still ranks in our top 10 best places to live. Looking for space, value and location? Look no further than Egret Landing. Built in the mid 1990's, Egret Landing offered more than one builder in the community. The vast majority of Egret Landing homes are located on Cul-De-Sacs and feature lake views. HOA fees are kept to a minimum and are some of the lowest in Jupiter. The clubhouse and pool area overlook tennis courts, and the community is zone for great Jupiter schools. The homes are larger than average and some boast 3 car garages, pools and 4+ bedrooms. Located just east of I-95, Egret Landing's north homes are adjacent to the Jupiter Golf Club's fairways.

9. PALOMA
Kolter Homes Paloma in Palm Beach Gardens is private gated community of single family homes and townhouses built between 2007 and 2014. Minutes from shopping, beaches and a quick commute to West Palm, Paloma location puts this gem on the map. This beautifully designed community is situated around an exquisite pool and clubhouse. Single family homes feature 3-5 bedroom floor plans, and Paloma townhomes are 3 to 4 bedrooms.
10. RIALTO
Rialto in Jupiter is a gated community of 300+ homes. The community clubhouse is similar to that of Evergrene's in Palm Beach Gardens. Built by Lennar, Rialto is one of Jupiter's newer communities located just east of I-95 and north of Indiantown Road. Rialto's homes feature the highest quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Close proximity to shopping, beaches and top rated schools is reason enough to put this on your must see list.
