Abacoa Somerset is one of the more affordable neighborhoods in Jupiter Abacoa, and offers some of the best amenities in this price bracket. Somerset was originally constructed as a rental community, but changed it's direction overnight during the boom / bubble of 2004. The builder, Alta Homes offered 2 color schemes, 1 choice of tile set straight or diagonally, and that was the extent of the options. Black granite with light wood cabinets or lighter brown granite with darker brown cabinets. Back in the day, that was all the rage!
