The global holding company Kusto Group, led by Yerkin Tatishev, took home two prizes at November's Vietnam Property Awards. The holding firm's realty arm, Kusto Home, was awarded the Best Luxury Condo Development in Hanoi and the Best Luxury Condo Architectural Design for its Reflection West Lake project.
"These awards are motivation for us to continue transforming the cityscape of Vietnamese urban areas, bringing world-class living experiences in harmony with unique cultural values," CEO of Kusto Home, Sergey Nam, said as the Kusto Group division received the prizes.
The awards mark the second year in a row that Kusto Home takes home prizes from the Vietnam Property Awards.
The Reflection West Lake project is located in the Tay Ho area of Hanoi and is a luxury residential building. It will be launched in 2024. With the Reflection West Lake enterprise, Yerkin Tatishev and Kusto Group aim to construct a building where the old blends with the new and modern and where cosmopolitanism mixes with the culture of the land.
How Kusto Home differentiates itself from competition
The Reflection West Lake project is situated close to the Red River and the West Lake. Hanoi downtown is only 15 minutes away, while the Noi Bai International Airport can be reached in 23 minutes.
“We meticulously adhere to international standards and best practices when planning our projects in Vietnam to ensure our residents experience the highest quality of living possible. For our developments, we use the latest technologies and best-quality materials, and this is something that differentiates us from competition,” Sergey Nam stated.
Earlier this year, Kusto Home won the Best Mixed Use Architecture, Best Apartment/Condominium Development and Best Mixed Use Development awards for its Urban Green project at the Asia Pacific Property Awards.
There, Kusto Group's realty division also received the Best Residential Development with 20+ Units and Best Residential High Rise Development prizes for its Diamond Island project.
