Two Phoenix Neighborhoods | Why We Love Them
Our two Phoenix neighborhoods that we love love, love, above all others are Biltmore and Arcadia Lite. The first thing you'll notice is that they are right next to each other. Why so partial to the area? First, these two Phoenix neighborhoods are central. The Arizona Biltmore area is bound by 24th street, 32nd Street, Lincoln Drive, and Camelback Road. We have expanded slightly beyond those boundaries to include a few subdivisions that we think deserve to be grafted in because they offer something unique to the area. Arcadia Lite is bound b y 32nd Street, 44th Street, Camelback, and Indian School Roads. These two Phoenix neighborhoods really do have it all, as you'll see.
Two Phoenix Neighborhoods | Restaurants
You know how it goes with food. We find some places we favor and we keep going back. Lucky for Arcadia Lite and Biltmore home owners there's a lot to choose from. Good stuff, not just a bunch of national chains. One at the top of the list has to be Vincent's Market Bistro. Another is Postino, known for their vino, and beautiful plates that go down good with a glass of your favorite red.
Vincent's is owned and run by one of the valley's best: vincent Guerithault. Vincent is known for his fine french cuisine, pasteries, and excellent service in his two restaurants. Make sure to put his food on your bucket list. You won't regret it.
There's no shortage of more great places to grab in these two great communities. A big part of life is centered around meal time.
No doubt, the food culture in and around Arcadia Lite and Biltmore make living here a bit of a guilty pleasure for sure.
Things to do Near Arizona Biltmore and Arcadia Lite
Take a hike. That's write, strap on your walking shoes (or in this case hiking shoes) and go find a mountain.
There's Quartz Ridge Trail, Piestewa Peak (formerly known as Squaw Peak, and Camelback Mountain.
Quartz offers mild to extreme trails.
Camelback and Piestewa offer moderate to difficult levels ofn trail treking.
Both are spectacular and offer beautiful desert surroundings and wildlife to enjoy. Be sure to experience these trails at different times of day. Bring water, always. It seems that every week someone has to be rescued on these mountains due to dehydration.
Golf. The Arizona Biltmore has two championship courses in the Adobe and Links 18 hole courses. They're challenging, beautiful, and easy to get to.
