About Northwood Pointe
Northwood Point is a new expansion of the community of Northwood, Irvine located to the north of Hick’s Canyon Trail which runs through the city. Homes for sale in Northwood Pointe vary greatly in size and price, offering real estate opportunities for all different budgets and families. The community is bordered by Portola Parkway, Culver Drive and the Hicks Canyon Trail.
The smallest homes are located in the College Residence tract, town homes starting in the mid $500,000’s. On the other end of the spectrum, the largest homes are luxury traditional single family homes priced above $1 million in several tracts including Arbor Crest.

The most unique and exciting feature of the park though is the spinning umbrella – it’s like a merry-go-round that your kids can hang on!

- Citrusglen Park – Private Neighborhood Park adjacent to Arborcrest II and Rosegate. Includes barbeques, picnic tables, jungle gym and lighted tennis courts.
Shopping in Northwood Pointe
Northwood Point shares the same shopping areas as its sister community of Northwood. The Northwood Town Center is the local shopping center for the area located on Irvine Boulevard and Yale Avenue. Located nearby at Irvine Boulevard and Jamboree is the larger city shopping center The Market Place. This expansive outdoor strip mall accommodates not only the city of Irvine but also Tustin, straddling both city lines.
