How convenient that the sellers also have an attractive Assumable VA loan with a 3.25% interest rate. Here is what the Seller's want to convey. There are so many things that we love about our home and it’s location that it’s a challenge to know where to start. We would gladly stay for ever, but when the Military say go, we go!Our home is the perfect size for our family. It’s bright, open and has plenty of space. It’s a social house with great spaces to entertain at all times of the year. The office in the front is quiet and comfortable and a great look-out to keep an eye on the kids when they are playing outside and work needs to be done. The basement has been a blessing, especially when family comes to stay. Having a private retreat is very welcoming. The door out to the back yard from the basement has been a great help too. We love the back yard and the privacy fence is great for kids and dogs. We are not planning to take the trampoline, so let us know if you would like it! The deck is wonderful. Easy to maintain and since we added the gazebo, which is bolted down for safety, we have used this area 100% more. It’s very peaceful. The biggest draw to the house was the large bedrooms and the laundry on the upper level. We hear friends complain about having to take everything down 1 or 2 levels and we know how fortunate we are to have it right on the same floor. The primary bedroom is a dream with so much space and storage. Here are some of the upgrades we completed. We completed the basement renovation with a full bed, bath, and recreation space. New PVC shelving in main level closet(across from pantry) & laundry room. Built-in wood shelves in garage (allowing car to fit) Shelves in the basement storage room. Brand new carpet in all upstairs bedrooms. Fresh paint in office. Added large gazebo to deck. Custom blinds throughout. New landscaping. UV lights installed in HVAC. Whole house air duct system cleaned and sanitized in 2021. New master bedroom fan. Pre wired with CAT6 for internet and cameras. New interior fridge, and dishwasher. Brand new sprinkler heads installed.  We really are so fortunate to be in this wonderful neighborhood. In Bridgewater, we are a close knit community. We love to get together with neighbors and have parties, movie nights in the court, fires and all the fixin’s. We have about 30 kids on our street which is our favorite part! Halloween in our neighborhood is “SPOOK-Tacular”! Christmas time is also a big event as the whole court gets together to decorate our houses collectively. No-one needs to end up in the ER hanging lights. Our neighborhood is quiet and tucked away. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and likes to hang outside! Summertime is the best, as everyone is out playing all the time and enjoying the season. Our neighbors here will bend over backwards for you and always help in need! The ladies do a white elephant every year with each other, and every year we plan a new event to do together. (Craft parties, charcuterie board parties, nights out..) Sports season is also big in our neighborhood!          We love living in this area of Pasadena, as it is quiet and fun. A short drive away from great shopping, Ft. Meade, Annapolis, Baltimore. We are close to many things! Every year Santa comes through our neighborhood with the fire department. There are tons of things to do around us in all age ranges! We have firework shows throughout the year all around us, boat parades, and many more community events at local shops. We are a short drive from Downs Park and Ft Smallwood Park which also has a swimming area!       Some of the best restaurants around us are Stoney Creek Inn, Primo Pasta Kitchen, Johnny’s family Restaurant, Don Ponchos Mexican, though there are many more to choose from! Safeway, Giant, and Food lion are conveniently close by, and Geresbecks family-owned grocery is 2 minutes up the road! We chose to live in this area of Pasadena because of the neighborhood. We love being near the water and parks. Besides convenience, there’s multiple things to do in the area, we are centrally located between big cities which allows for more to do with shorter commutes. It’s a convenient drive to Fort Meade and the Coastguard facility.  The elementary school has been an amazing experience for us. Solley Elementary has been nothing but wonderful! They have lots of events during the school year, the staff is fabulous, supportive, and fun! We also have Community Christian Preschool which in conveniently located 6 minutes away and it’s the BEST school ever! The staff is dedicated to having fun while learning, and are a joy to be around! Next door to CCPS a new big library is being built! We are really sad we won’t get to enjoy it, but the next owners can. We have tons of shopping around us in Pasadena, Severna Park, and Glen Burnie. Costco is close enough to be dangerous.
