Looking at October numbers it appears that Manatee County is heading towards a successful month for closings in November. Closed sales for October 2016 are 431 compared to 516 in 2015. 129 paid cash in 2016 compared to 170 in 2015. Median Sale price was 280,000 for 2016 vs 259,350 in 2015. New Pending sales are up 387 vs 369. Pending sales are up 633 compared to 567. The buyers are still coming in but they are taking longer to close due to financing and new construction.
