The Haverhill MA Real Estate Market remains strong.  It continues to be a strong seller's market.  Haverhill has low inventory and buyer competition is high. 

The median single-family home price in Haverhill is $416,000.  Homes are selling on average 102.7% above asking.  Homes for sale in Haverhill are seeing multiple offers with many homes going well above asking.

As the list to sold price climbs above asking it shows strength in the market.

Projected Outlook

The Haverhill MA Real Estate market is projected to stay strong through the third quarter.  Inventory remains low and interest rates are at a precedented low as well which will continue to prop up the home prices.  Many factors past the third quarter will reveal themselves to see how the year will end.  The continued rise in the median home price is unsustainable as it outpaces growth in incomes.  Next year will probably show a balanced market.
