We happily accept articles submitted by anyone within the real estate realm, from real estate agents and brokers, to home stagers and mortgage experts.
How often can I contribute?
We do not limit the amount of times a writer can contribute to Realty Times. Of course, those that publish more frequently receive more visibility.

Writer Guidelines:

- Include subheadings within your article to assist readers
- For pieces containing advice, consider a numbered list (Top 10…,5 Things to Know…, etc.)
- Articles should be to the point, but may include color via anecdotes.
- Facts must be supported via embedded links
- We recommend having a second set of eyes review your work before submission to ensure clarity.

Do I need to provide images?
If you would like to provide us with an original photo, please feel free to submit. Otherwise, we will select a photo for your article. Please feel free to offer suggestions if you have a particular vision!
Next steps after submission?
Realty Times editors will review your article for content. We may ask for clarification or elaboration on certain aspects. When we feel the article is ready for publication, we will position it in our editorial calendar and you will be notified with a link when it is live on Realty Times.
Will my article be edited?
During the review process we may lightly edit your article for style and grammar. Additionally, we reserve the right to fact check any claims and edit article headlines and other content.
What about publication rights?
Upon publication, all articles become property of Realty Times.
Are paid contributions accepted?
We do not accept money for contributions. Those being paid by third parties to insert links must disclose or risk immediate termination of the relationship and removal of all articles on Realty Times.
