He was a broker with 21 agents when the interest rates went to 20% in 1980. He was Senior Vice President of a New Homes Division when the 1990 recession hit, and was broker of record for 774 rental conversions when the market fell apart in the 2006-2008 period.
Today he is retired, and as founder and CEO of New Home Co-Broker Academy, home of the New Home Co-broker (NHCB) certification, with its more than 6,000 graduates,he is actively helping "change the builder/Realtor" culture.
His book, Condominium Sales and Listings led him to become the marketing consultant or broker of record for 27 lender workouts over a five-year period.
