Today, WARDEX announced they will integrate Restb.ai computer vision technology and Advanced Tags into their CoreLogic MLS platform. Implementing Restb.ai technology will streamline the listing input process, making it more efficient, saving members time, and further enhancing the MLS data set.
Restb.ai’s technology modernizes the MLS listing input process and platforms. As listing images are uploaded into the MLS platform, Restb.ai analyzes each image and
automatically detects the interior & exterior features, architecture style, room type and auto-populates the relevant listing fields and photo captions extracted from the images using the RESO Data Dictionary Advanced Tags. The Restb.AI automation speeds up the listing input process and creates a better user experience for the MLS Members.
By tagging and labeling images correctly, the property listings displayed on MLS, Broker, and Agent/Realtor consumer-facing websites also become ADA compliant, while also enhancing and increasing the value of the dataset.
