Pennington who has marketing experience with home builders, will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Simpkins Homes Builders properties.

Homes built by Simpkins Home Builders are typically priced between $295,500 and $392,500, excluding the lot. For customers who already own a lot, custom-built options are also available.
