6 Tips For Selling Your Million Dollar Home

  1. Professional Staging is a must.

    You need finished floors, flawless paint and NEVER FORGET THE WINDOWS! Make sure to have your floors cleaned or repaired since buyers will start to deduct from your million dollar price if they start to see issues. Paint is the cheapest way to give your home a new fresh look. Having your windows professionally cleaned is probably the #1 thing you can do to achieve an immediate favorable reaction from buyers. It is amazing how light helps sell a home.

  4. Have a marketing strategy.

    Finding an agent with a strong marketing history is vital to selling your million-dollar home. Pictures, descriptions, and materials need to be crisp and clean and show the true value of your home. They are your first impression to your potential buyer so make sure they make your home looks its best.

  5. Broaden your pool of potential buyers.

    The pool of buyers shrinks in size and widens in area as your price goes up in the luxury market, so for this reason make sure you affiliate yourself with a company that reaches a large scope of potential buyers.
