Delray Beach, Fl. Coldwell Banker Realtor David Kalish completed the requirements to earn the New Home Co-Broker designation, an online new homes sales training course offered by New Home Co-Broker Academy, LLC.
According to the National Associaton of Realtors, sixty-five percent of all new home shoppers are represented by a Realtor and other studies show that a large number of these buyers sought a Realtor's help after visiting or deciding to purchase a specific new home. Academy CEO David Fletcher said that many new home shoppers are 'indifferent' meaning they may purchase a resale or a new home. Today's Realtors need to be as professional in assisting buyers through the new home process as they are with selling and listing resales. "Realtors who understand this are investing time and money to learn how. New home shoppers in the Delray Beach area, who are not already represented, may find a conversation with Mr. Kalish, a good place to start," said Mr. Fletcher.
"The New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) is a great designation and we support any education that our agents can achieve in the course of their careers," Coldwell Banker Branch Manager Stephen Weinraub said. "David Kalish is an asset to our brokerage and always handles all of his business with the skillsets and knowledge of a true professional. We are honored to have him on our team."
